1. Cancellations made Prior to 7 days of Check-in date – No Retention.
2. After 7 days of Check-in date – Full Retention.
3. Group booking / cooperate booking / Peak season / early bird / Gift voucher / Promotional and Discounted rates are always non refundable once booked and will attract full retention charge.(Peak Season) X Mas and New Year – 22nd DEC to 2nd JAN No cancellation no refund and no date change.
4. no show full retention.
